A monoclonal antibody targeting CD93
VDL-309, is a monoclonal antibody targeting the cell surface protein CD93. By modulating the vascular environment around aggressive brain tumors, VDL-309 represents a new therapeutic approach for treating high-grade gliomas and brain metastases. The project is advancing through preclinical studies, with an IND/CTA submission targeted for 2028.
