Jonas has held senior and executive roles in Pharmacia, Sequenom, Thermo Fischer and BOWS Pharma. Our CEO has experience as board director in more than a dozen biotech & medtech companies.

Gunilla Lundmark is the CEO of Uppsala University Invest AB in Sweden. She has 25+ years of experience in leadership roles within the life science industry and was awarded the BiotechBuilder Prize in 2014. Gunilla has held senior and executive roles in Pharmacia, Q-Med AB, and Pharmanest AB. Gunilla has extensive experience as a board director and chairman for numerous biotech and innovation companies.

Anna Dimberg is Professor and Principal Investigator at Uppsala University, Sweden. She is an internationally recognized and awarded scientist in the field of vascular biology, immunotherapy and molecular oncology. In 2016, Anna was the recipient of the Senior Investigator Award, Swedish Cancer Society, and in 2024, the ERC Synergy grant. Anna has 100+ peer-reviewed articles (H-index >44).

Åsa Wallin is a Fund Manager at Almi Invest, focusing on life science, biotech, and healthtech investments, with extensive experience in supporting and scaling innovative companies through financing, leadership, and board-level governance. She holds a PhD in Medicine and an MSc in Biochemistry from Linköping University and works closely with founders and boards to drive company development and growth.

Roberta Lugano is currently a scientist at Candiolo Cancer Research Institute, Turin, Italy. She is an internationally experienced scientist in the field of vascular biology and molecular oncology. Roberta holds a Ph.D. in Biomedicine from Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona, Spain, followed by an extensive post-doctoral training at Uppsala University, Sweden. Roberta has 25+ peer-reviewed articles.
